Over the weekend, we were lucky enough to get an invitation from Lisa and Mikey to spend Sunday on their boat. We had a blast! Ethan was a bit timid getting into the water, but as you can see, he wound up being a big fan.
Tonight, he helped me make the "skabetties" sauce. He was in charge of pouring in the tomatoes and putting in the spices. He had fun helping and the sauce was delicious!!
